Statistical Reports

Every month the City of Palm Desert generates a Building Activity Report that summarizes building permits issued in the City's Building and Safety Division. These reports also include a comparison of valuations for the current and past calendar and fiscal years. The year-to-date report can be found here: 2022 Report. More statistical information can be found on the Building and Safety Department's webpage, which can be accessed by clicking here.

    pay permit fees

    jerjanbiv1 asked 8 months ago

    Hi jerjanbiv1,

If you've submitted a permit application and it's been approved, you can log into e-trakit and pay that fee. If the application is still pending (not approved yet), you won't be able to pay the fee. You're also welcome to stop by City Hall and drop off a check to pay a permit fee.

    Best,

    Ryland Penta
